Innocent Osagiede has extensive work experience in various finance roles. Innocent began their career at Wandel International Limited as an Accounts Manager from June 2001 to September 2003. Innocent then worked at KPMG as an Audit Manager II from October 2003 to March 2009. Following this, they joined Marina Securities Limited, where they served as Group Head of Risk Management & Control from April 2009 to June 2013, and later as Head of Financial Advisory Services from November 2011 to June 2013. In 2013, they became the Chief Finance Officer at Wapic Insurance Plc until August 2014, and currently holds the position of Chief Finance Officer at Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems PLC since September 2014.

Innocent Osagiede holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, which they obtained between 1992 and 1997.
