Kelly Mogbo

Kelly Mogbo currently serves as a Legal Advisor at Toronto Metropolitan University since June 2025. Previously, Kelly held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company Plc from June 2016. Kelly's prior experience includes working as a Corporate Transactions Lawyer at Aelex from August 2014 to April 2016 and as Company Secretary and Ventures Advisor at NEXTZON from September 2010 to July 2014, where legal support was provided for start-ups and ventures. Kelly began the career as a Credit Analyst at Equitorial Trust Bank from 2007 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Queen Mary University of London and a degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
