Uaboi G. Agbebaku

Uaboi Agbebaku, FCIS currently serves as the Company Secretary & Legal Director at Nigerian Breweries Plc (a Heineken OpCo) since 2008. Prior to this, Agbebaku held the title of Legal Affairs Manager at the same company from 2003 to 2007. With a background as an Associate at David Garrick & Co from 1995 to 2002, Agbebaku has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Ambrose Alli University and is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. Agbebaku's primary responsibilities include legal advising and secretarial duties for the Board of Directors, as well as being a key member of the Management Team as the Head of Legal.
