The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) is Federal Government Agency in Nigeria established by the NIPC Act N0. 16 of 1995 to promote, co-ordinate and monitor all investments in Nigeria. The basic functions and powers of the NIPC are as prescribed by Act 16 of 1995.

The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) is a government organization that was established in 1995. The organization's leadership team is composed of individuals with a wealth of experience in various industries and fields of study. Some of the previous experiences of the team members include being an editorial board member at the African Journal of Business Management, a principal at Nova Capital Partners, and a CEO at Actag Limited. The team members also have a diverse educational background, with one member having studied corporate governance at Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom.
