Dr. Bilyana Lilly is a distinguished professional currently serving as Associate Director at Accenture and Founder and President of The Shadow Writers. With a robust background in intelligence and cybersecurity, Dr. Lilly holds advisory roles at RunSafe Security Inc., NightDragon, and the Institute for Security and Technology, focusing on corporate guidance and critical infrastructure resilience. As a Fellow and Adjunct Researcher at RAND Corporation, Dr. Lilly has managed significant projects and contributed to numerous reports.
