Prabhath Karanth

Prabhath Karanth serves as the SVP, Chief Security and Trust Officer at Greenlight since February 2024, while also providing expertise as a CISO advisor for Bain Capital Ventures and participating on the CISO Advisory Board at NightDragon. Additionally, Prabhath acts as a board advisor for Bugcrowd and a strategic advisor for both Mesh Security and anecdotes. Previously, Prabhath held the position of Vice President - Chief Security Officer at Navan until February 2024, overseeing comprehensive security programs including incident response, cloud security governance, and vulnerability management. With significant experience at Adobe in various security roles, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Sr Manager, Prabhath has been instrumental in building robust security frameworks across multiple organizations and driving customer trust and operational excellence. Prabhath holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE.
