Colin Shanahan

Colin Shanahan is an experienced data scientist and engineer with a strong background in data analysis and engineering applications. Currently employed at Nightfall AI since November 2019, Colin has held positions as both a data scientist and data analyst. Prior experience includes a data science training program at Galvanize Inc., where a capstone project involved developing a regression model for predicting NHL player contracts. Earlier roles include serving as an engineer at Talas Engineering, conducting investigations for litigation cases, and as a mechanical engineer at TiNi Aerospace, where Colin designed and analyzed mechanisms for aerospace applications. Colin's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by a data science immersive program at Galvanize Inc.
