Yuyan Liu, CPA, CA, has extensive experience in financial management and accounting across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Nightingale Corp since April 2017, Yuyan previously held roles such as Senior Consultant at New Oriental International College and Senior Finance Manager at Bell, focusing on financial integrity and process improvement. Yuyan also worked at Unisource Canada as a Financial Method & Procedure Analyst, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and served as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, overseeing audits and assisting clients with financial statement preparation. Early career roles included a Digital Cartographer at Shell and a Civil Engineer at Tianjin Architects & Consulting Engineers. Yuyan holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy from McGill University and Concordia University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Tianjin University.
