Kyle Emig

Kyle Emig is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Host Forensics Analyst at Nightwing since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Principal Incident Response Analyst at Blackbaud from September 2023 to October 2024 and worked as a Network Based Forensic Analyst for Raytheon Technologies from January 2021 to September 2023, engaging in incident response and threat hunting as a contractor with CISA. Previous experience includes a role as a Network Security Engineer at Boeing from October 2018 to January 2021 and as a Jr. Network Engineer at Network Computing Architects, Inc. from March 2018 to October 2018. Kyle's career began in the U.S. ARMY, where service as an SF Communications Sergeant was completed from November 2011 to November 2017. Kyle possesses a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Liberty University (2019 - 2022), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2006 - 2010), and a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University (2017 - 2019).
