Nihon Tokushu Toryo Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the manufacture of automobile components and paints. The Company operates mainly in two business segments. The Paints-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of paints, as well as the paints-related construction work. The Automobile Product-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of automotive soundproof materials, including damping materials, acoustic absorbents and sound insulators, as well as antirust materials. Additionally, the segment is engaged in the related research and development activities. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 12 subsidiaries and nine associated companies.
