Brandon Dickens

Brandon Dickens has a strong background in user experience design and leadership roles. Brandon began their career as a Technical Communicator at Computer Services, Inc from 2002 to 2004. Brandon then joined NIIT Limited, where they held various positions including Instructional Designer from 2005 to 2012, Director of Design from 2012 to 2014, Creative Director from 2014 to 2016, and Senior Director of User Experience from 2016 to 2022. In their most recent role as Regional Vice President, User Experience at NIIT Limited, they are involved in user-centered design, interaction design, solution architecture, and AI integration for improved learning experiences. Brandon's expertise also includes 3D design, game design, and immersive technology.

Brandon Dickens earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Valparaiso University in 2003. Brandon later pursued a Master of Arts in Writing, specializing in Writing Theory and Pedagogy, at DePaul University from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Brandon also obtained certifications in User Experience Design from Nielsen Norman Group in 2016 and completed an Introduction to Data Studio course offered by Google in 2021.
