Deepali Nagar

Deepali Nagar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Deepali currently holds the position of Vice President: Head Project Management Practice at NIIT Limited since July 2022. Before that, they served as AVP: Learning Content (Project Management Practice Head for India Development Centre) from July 2019 to August 2022. Deepali also worked as a General Manager at NIIT Limited, where they led teams in developing ILT/vILT/eLearning trainings for global customers across various industries. Their responsibilities included managing account profitability, achieving SLAs on quality and timelines, and meeting/exceeding yearly targets. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Team Lead, and Trainer, where they managed product lifecycles, implemented training programs for different IT technologies and soft skills, and rolled out around 60 training programs. Deepali also has experience as a Tech Head at Brilliant Computers, a Sr. Computer Teacher at Manav Sthali School, a Sr. Faculty at UPTRON, a Faculty at Uptron ACL, and a Faculty cum Programmer at Creative Computers and Consultants. Deepali started their career as a Computer Trainee at SIEMENS India LTD.

Deepali Nagar completed an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English Literature from Delhi University from 1986 to 1989. In addition, they obtained the certification in "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities" from LinkedIn in 2021.
