Elizabeth Mahaffey, MBA, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design, content development, and consulting across various sectors. Currently a Senior Consultant at NIIT Limited, Mahaffey collaborates with major clients, including Bank of America and Meta, to develop engaging learning programs. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Courtland Consulting, where training was developed for the South Carolina Family Court System, and Director of Business Development at Teachers of Tomorrow, overseeing certification program growth in the state. With leadership experience in online education at Claflin University and Shorter University, Mahaffey has also managed student services and program development at various institutions.
