Jayat Ganguly

Jayat Ganguly has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Jayat is currently serving as the Head of Key Accounts at NIIT Limited since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategy Consultant, helping organizations with client acquisition and launching new projects at a pan-India level. From 2019 to 2020, Jayat was the National Delivery Head at MindLeaders Learning India, managing key accounts and working closely with the sales team to design customized solutions. Jayat also held the role of a Strategy Consultant, responsible for business acquisition, solution strategy, and managing the Pan India Sales Team. Before that, they served as the Head of Service Delivery at Centum Learning Limited, focusing on achieving business KPIs, engaging with decision-makers, and managing cross-functional teams. Jayat has also worked at EXL as an AVP - Capability Development and at Indus Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Director. Jayat started their career at Bharti Resources Limited as a Group Manager. Throughout their career, Jayat has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

Jayat Ganguly attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounts. In addition to their formal education, Jayat Ganguly has also obtained certifications in various areas, including Achieving Meeting Results, First Things First, Green Belt Certification, Leaders Window, Master Experiential Trainer, Project Management Professional (PMP), Situational Leadership, and Train the Trainer.
