Yves Lesaffre

Yves Lesaffre is a seasoned professional in the field of sustainability and recycling, currently serving as the Global Key Account Manager for Recycling at ALPLA Group since May 2022. In this role, Yves focuses on the use and scale-up of recycled plastics in packaging, actively supporting key accounts to meet their recycled material inclusion targets. Prior to ALPLA, Yves was the Head of Sales for Europe at Plastic Bank, where strategic initiatives aimed to prevent ocean-bound plastic from entering oceans while addressing poverty. Yves co-founded Le Wagon Stockholm and held several significant positions at Henkel, culminating as Global Category Lead for Resins & Packaging Sustainability. Educational qualifications include a Strategic Sales Management Training from Harvard Extension School and a Master's in International Purchasing from KEDGE Business School.
