John Albergo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content development, marketing communications, and education. Currently retired but open to new opportunities, John worked as a Senior Content Developer at NIIT Limited - Cognitive Arts from 2013 to 2024, focusing on creating engaging online training content for global enterprises. Prior roles include instructing CPR/First Aid/AED at HeartQuarters, serving as a Marketing Communications Writer at Donlen Corporation, managing Health & Safety programs at the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, and holding the position of Marketing Communications Manager at ASAP Software. John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Communications from the University of St. Thomas.
