Sapnesh Lalla is the CEO of NIIT Learning Systems Limited and serves on its Board of Directors. Sapnesh spearheaded the rapid growth of NIIT Learning Systems Limited as an industry-recognized, global market leader in learning outsourcing as the President of the Corporate Learning Group. He has led critical initiatives for the expansion of the company in North America and Europe through significant acquisitions, including Cognitive Arts, Eagle Productivity Solutions, and St. Charles Consulting Group. Under his leadership, NIIT Learning Systems Limited has grown to become an established learning outsourcing solutions provider with its Managed Training Services offering in these markets. Sapnesh joined NIIT Learning Systems Limited in 1992 and has a long and accomplished tenure at the company.
