Shilpi Dhingra

Shilpi Dhingra is an accomplished professional with a robust background in client services and management, currently serving as Assistant Manager Client Services at NIIT Limited since July 2010. Responsibilities include partnering with regional leaders to drive business outcomes, coordinating the design and delivery of global training sessions, and managing a training team while providing progress reports against key performance indicators. Prior to NIIT, Shilpi held the position of Unit Manager at Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd from May 2003 to November 2008, where focus areas included team management, service efficiency improvement, and employee engagement initiatives. Shilpi holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.A. in English from Delhi University, along with ongoing CIPD qualifications.
