Syed Hasan Akhtar

Syed Hasan Akhtar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the education and talent solutions sectors. Currently serving as Zonal Head at NIIT Limited since November 2016, Akhtar has previously held positions including Project Lead and Regional Head North. Prior to that, from June 2015 to November 2016, Akhtar was Zonal Lead at HCL TalentCare, focusing on collaboration with industries and academia, as well as enhancing employability products across multiple states. Earlier experiences at NIIT Limited included roles such as Senior Area Head and Territory Delivery Executive, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, sales, delivery support, and team mentoring across northern India. Additionally, Akhtar has managed multiple profit centers at Gargi Consultant Pvt. Ltd. An academic background includes degrees in Digital Marketing and Analytics from the Indian School of Business, a Post Graduation in Business Management from Banaras Hindu University, and multiple degrees in computer programming, finance, and economics.
