Carla Searle

Carla Searle possesses extensive experience in risk, compliance, and business controls within the financial sector. Currently serving as Head of Business Controls and Advisory for Financial Markets International at Westpac since March 2017, Carla has held progressively senior roles including Executive Manager and Senior Manager in Risk and Compliance. Prior to Westpac, Carla worked at the UK Debt Management Office as Operational Risk and Compliance Manager and held the position of Senior Risk Governance Manager at Nationwide Building Society. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Assurance Officer at Kleinwort Benson. Carla holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a 2.1 from Bristol UWE University.
