Vandana Negi

Vandana Negi has extensive experience in talent management and learning development, currently serving as General Manager at NIIT Limited since December 2017, where responsibilities include establishing talent strategy, managing the talent pipeline, and implementing succession planning through the Talent Readiness Program. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Capability Building at CPM India Pvt Ltd, focusing on Learning & Development, and Service Delivery Head at Centum Learning Limited, managing training projects and designing client-specific learning frameworks. Vandana also held positions as Training Manager at Unilted Lex, A.M. Training at Intelenet Global Services, and A.M. Training at WNS Global Services, creating training solutions and developing training roadmaps.
