Nik Bentel is the Principal at Nik Bentel Studio since January 2019, where a diverse range of creative projects are developed. Previously, Bentel was a member of the Incubator Program at the New Museum of Contemporary Art from September 2017 to September 2019, marking the inception of a studio practice. Experience as a Visual Storyteller at Autodesk in the summer of 2016 involved working with cutting-edge 3D modeling software to create innovative storytelling objects. Additional design roles include positions at Sebastian Errazuriz Studio and Adam Harvey Studio in 2015, and a freelance engagement at MIT Media Lab in 2014. Education includes a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University and Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
