Sharianne L. has worked in a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries since 1995. Her work experience includes a Staff Research Associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (1995), Senior Research Associate at Pfizer (formerly SUGEN, Pharmacia Upjohn) (2000), Senior Research Specialist at Novartis (formerly Chiron) (2003), Senior Research Associate at Genentech - a Member of the Roche Group (2006), Pro Bono Marketing and Business Consultant at a Boutique Management Consulting Firm (2007), Associate Director at Celgene (2009) and Consultant for Lupus Research Alliance (2020). Most recently, they have been a Senior Director at NiKang Therapeutics Inc. (2021). During their tenure at Celgene, they provided project management support for the re-design of a new biospecimen management infrastructure and quality management system that grew the department from 15 to 40 employees and expanded office locations from 2 to 6 sites in 15 months.
