Alex Fu is a Creative+Design Director based in Shanghai, currently leading the APLA GEL Footwear & Apparel design at Nike. With over 20 years of experience, they have held various roles including Design Director at Nike's Express Lane and Graphic Designer across multiple Nike divisions in Asia. Fluent in Cantonese and English, with knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese, Alex's international perspective enhances their ability to guide diverse teams toward design excellence. A graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Alex combines a deep appreciation for Asian subculture with a commitment to crafting innovative narratives in design.
