Amanda Tomkoria

Amanda Tomkoria, PhD, currently serves as Global Vice President of Talent Management at Nike, a role that encompasses leadership positions such as Global Head of Talent Practices and Senior Talent Leader for Innovation, Consumer, Product & Brand. With a breadth of experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, Amanda has held prior roles including Head of Talent Management & Learning at Guardian Life and Manager of Organization and Management Development at PepsiCo. Amanda's academic background includes a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, as well as a Master's degree from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Additional contributions include teaching as an Adjunct Professor in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University and consulting roles at Mercer and Morgan Stanley.
