Dan McConnell

Dan McConnell is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of Global People Strategy at Nike, where responsibilities include managing the global strategy for over 80,000 employees and supporting key HR priorities as part of the HR Leadership Team. Previously, Dan held senior roles at Workday, leading workforce strategy services and talent transformation. With a foundational background at Mercer overseeing HR technology solutions and Accenture managing talent management offerings, Dan's expertise encompasses talent management, diversity and inclusion, and workforce transformation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame.
