Amy Rawlings

Amy Rawlings is an experienced retail operations professional with a strong background in managing store operations and communication strategies. Currently serving as the DTC Global Store Operations Manager at Nike since January 2017, Amy has successfully led the development and launch of RFID operational processes for global stores, while also managing stockroom process improvements for international retail locations. Previously, as Director of Store Operations at maurices, oversight included supporting over 985 stores and 10,000 field associates. Additional roles include Communications & Training Manager at Columbia Sportswear and various positions at maurices, where responsibilities encompassed store communication, training programs, and operational processes. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
