Chelsea Kopacz

Chelsea Kopacz is a seasoned professional in retail marketing and design, currently serving as a Senior Producer for NA Retail Design Operations at Nike since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Retail Marketing Lead at Dr. Martens plc, where Chelsea spearheaded marketing activations for U.S. stores, and previously as a Project Manager at Infinity Images, managing project lifecycles for diverse clients. Chelsea started in the creative industry as an Interactive Art Director at Flux Stories, overseeing the production of interactive media, and also contributed as a Communications Designer at the School of Journalism and Communication. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Design from the University of Oregon.
