Courtenay McHugh

Courtenay McHugh is an experienced professional in supply chain management and climate strategy, currently serving as the Director of Climate & Energy in the Global Supply Chain at Nike. Prior to this role, Courtenay held a professional sabbatical while studying at Harvard Extension School. Significant previous positions include Senior Director of Product Supply and Senior Director of Supply Chain Development for North America and Europe at adidas, respectively, as well as Director of Supply Chain Development & Commercialization and Senior Group Planning Manager at Starbucks. Early career experiences include various managerial roles in demand planning and project management within the adidas group, specifically with Reebok EMEA.
