Alexandra Steward is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at PAR Technology since May 2022, Alexandra supports key business units in product and technology. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, providing strategic HR support to the Global IT organization and fostering relationships with senior leadership. Earlier roles at Cigna encompassed positions such as Human Resources Lead Analyst and Leadership Development Lead Analyst, where Alexandra managed recruiting, onboarding, and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University.
