Deidre Parris

Deidre Parris currently serves as the Director of Executive Recruitment at Nike, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Deidre was a Senior Executive Recruiter for Wayfair, where responsibilities included managing executive-level search assignments for the marketing and physical retail leadership teams. Prior to that role, Deidre worked at L Brands as an Executive Recruiter, focusing on the Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works brands. At Korn Ferry, Deidre managed executive-level searches across various sectors, including aerospace and nonprofit. Initial experience includes recruitment at Northwestern Mutual and analytical support at Patricio Enterprises, Inc. Deidre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
