Evan Caruso is an accomplished footwear design professional with extensive experience in the sportswear industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of PLM NA Express Lane Footwear at Nike since June 2025, Evan previously held multiple design roles at Under Armour from July 2010 to June 2025, including Design Director for Train + Golf and Run + Youth, as well as Senior Footwear Designer. Evan began a career in footwear design through internships at Under Armour, New Balance, and adidas, where contributions included concept sketching, pattern development, and market research. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2010.
