Janaiya Johnson

Janaiya Johnson serves as the Senior Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Culture Transformation Strategy at Nike. Previous roles include Human Capital Practice Leader for DEI and Health Equity at Deloitte and Organizational Transformation Consultant at Accenture. Janaiya Johnson holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Women's Studies from Spelman College.
