Janella Polack

Janella Polack is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives at prominent firms. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Nike since January 2024, Janella previously worked as a Product Design Consultant in a freelance capacity since January 2017. Janella's tenure at Wistia from January 2021 to January 2023 involved managing the end-to-end product design process for the Organize Manage team. Additional roles include Product Designer positions at Convene, where the focus was on enhancing eCommerce capabilities, and Procter & Gamble, where Janella led the UI design for Gillette's e-commerce platform. With foundational experience gained through an apprenticeship at Accenture and design leadership at Struct Club, Janella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from American University.
