Joanna Herrmann

Joanna Herrmann serves as the Director of North America Direct & Marketplace Partners Sustainability at Nike, where responsibilities include crafting and executing the sustainability strategy for the North America marketplace. Previously, Joanna held the role of Director of North America Supply Chain Innovation & Sustainability, focusing on end-to-end supply chain social and environmental sustainability. Joanna's earlier experience at Nike as a Supply Chain Innovation Manager involved transforming the North America Reverse Logistics Program. In addition to their corporate roles, Joanna is an Angel Squad Member at Hustle Fund, Vice President of the Board of Directors at Rose Haven, and has held significant positions at the University of Michigan's Social Venture Fund and The Aspen Institute. Joanna's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy & Sustainable Finance and a Master's Degree in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan, along with a BA in Human Rights from the University of Virginia, and a current executive program in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management.
