Kara Laduke Zucker

Kara LaDuke Zucker is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources People Solutions at Nike since April 2019, Kara has held multiple positions within the organization, including HR Director for People Solutions Consulting and Global Functions. Prior to Nike, Kara worked at State Farm® from March 2010 to December 2018 in various HR capacities, focusing on philanthropy, diversity, and inclusion. Kara's early career includes experience as a Lead Fundraiser at the University of Oregon Annual Giving Program and as a Compliance Service Specialist at Inovis Computer Software Company. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon, along with a diploma in French Language and Literature from Université de Poitiers.
