Lata Panjabi

Lata Panjabi has over two decades of experience in SAP technology, currently serving as Director of Platform Engineering SAP Basis at Nike since May 2001. In this role, Lata is responsible for the overall leadership and strategy for SAP platforms and automation, particularly focusing on SAP Basis Technology and cloud migrations. Key achievements include landscape architecture for Central Finance and S/4 Fashion systems, as well as a 40% reduction in SAP build times through automation initiatives. Previously, Lata held roles such as Expert SAP Basis Specialist and Expert SAP Architect for cloud migrations, contributing significantly to critical business units. Prior to Nike, Lata was a Technical Architect at i2 Technologies and worked as a Senior System Analyst in various companies in India. Lata holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Shivaji University.
