Laura Monette, M.S. HR, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources with a strong foundation in employee support and management. Laura began working at Staples in May 2010 as a Human Resources Representative and later as a Human Resources Coordinator, providing HR support to a significant number of associates and managing various hiring processes. From November 2019 to January 2022, Laura held multiple HR roles at Nike, including HR Manager for Global Apparel and HR Business Partner for Finance & Strategy, where responsibilities included delivering customer service, managing HR teams, and driving service integration. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Crime & Criminology from Portland State University, graduating with honors, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
