Laura Pigion has significant experience in talent management and learning development, primarily at Nike, where Laura has held various director roles since 2014, including Region Services Director and Director of Americas People Solutions Services. Laura's expertise encompasses operationalizing learning and talent management strategies, driving portfolio management, and enhancing global employee support programs. Prior to Nike, Laura worked at Intel Corporation as a Project Manager and Business Analyst focusing on global HR Talent Acquisition, as well as in environmental health and safety operations. Laura began their career at Amcor as a Quality Engineering Co-op. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and executive education in persuasive leadership from Wharton Executive Education.
