Megan Reilly is an accomplished design researcher with extensive experience in driving strategic insights and innovation in consumer-focused product portfolios. Currently serving as Lead Design Researcher in Innovation at Nike since June 2022, Megan leads consumer and competitive research to uncover product opportunities within Nike's digital offerings. Previously, as a Design Researcher at Nike Valiant Labs, valuable qualitative and quantitative research was conducted to assess market gaps in connected fitness. Prior roles include Strategist at Zeus Jones, where insights drove innovation for major brands, and experience in various capacities including account management and visitor experience at notable organizations. Megan holds a Master of Science in Business with a concentration in Experience Design from VCU Brandcenter and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Virginia.
