Pam Clements

Pam Clements currently serves as Principal of Business Process Management at Nike, after previously holding the position of Senior Director of Implementation Operations at Guild Education, where significant improvements in implementation efficiency and quality were achieved. Clements has extensive experience with Nike, having worked in various roles including Product Director for Enterprise Data & Analytics and Strategy and Capabilities Director, where responsibilities included driving process improvements and managing large-scale automation projects. Clements also held leadership positions at New Relic, Xerox, and Marketing Resources Inc., demonstrating a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and operational excellence across diverse industries. Education includes dual degrees in Communication and Public Relations from Miami University.
