Rajat Shetty

Rajat Shetty currently serves as the Digital Operations & Support Manager at Nike, leading a team of support engineers and service performance managers since May 2019. Previously, Rajat held the role of Production Support Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the execution of the 2020 Holiday Program for EMEA Technology across multiple verticals. Prior to Nike, Rajat worked at Infosys from December 2010 to April 2019, holding various positions, including Technology Analyst (Service Delivery Manager), where leadership involved managing support for critical applications, and Technology Analyst (Audit Liaison), focusing on IT SOX controls. Rajat's early career included a tenure as a Lecturer at Karnataka Polytechnic in 2010, teaching electrical engineering concepts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE, obtained in 2010.
