Seth Dryden

Seth Dryden is an experienced IT Service Management professional currently serving as Principal at Nike. They have previously held roles at WebMD, where they managed release and incident management teams, and contributed to improving production support processes. Seth has also worked at Nike in various capacities, including Global Problem Management Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, where they implemented critical processes to enhance operational efficiency.
