Shamika Lackey-Sphr

Shamika Lackey-SPHR is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP HR Business Partner for North America Consumer Marketplace at Nike since February 2022. Prior to joining Nike, Shamika was the Staff VP HR Business Partner for Digital, Technology, and Security at Anthem, Inc. from June 2021 to February 2022, partnering with senior executives including the Chief Digital Officer and the Chief Technology Officer. Shamika's extensive career at Macy's from July 2004 to June 2021 included multiple leadership roles, such as VP of HR Business Partner for Technology and VP Human Resources Business Partner for Stores, where responsibilities encompassed partnering with key senior leaders and overseeing significant business development initiatives. Educational qualifications include completion of the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University at Buffalo.
