Tamara Patrick

Tamara Patrick is an experienced learning and development leader with over 21 years of expertise in strategy development, talent management, and global learning curricula. Currently serving as the Global Head of Global Learning & Development at Nike since February 2016, Tamara oversees leadership development initiatives aimed at fostering strong growth leaders and enhancing team potential during periods of change. Prior to Nike, Tamara held the position of Global Director of Talent Management at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2008 to January 2016, where responsibilities included establishing and leading corporate universities in North America and China. Tamara's academic credentials include a Master's in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and an Evidence Based Coaching Certificate from the same institution. Additionally, Tamara has educational background from Manchester University and Holy Cross College.
