Wendy Mueller

Wendy Mueller is an experienced organizational development and leadership professional with a strong background in consulting and transformational change. Currently serving as a Director at Nike since September 2021, Wendy also holds a consultant role at Slalom, where responsibilities include managing transition and providing leadership advisory in the sportswear industry. Wendy founded Wendy Mueller Consulting, LLC in June 2012, focusing on senior leadership development and individualized coaching. Previous experience includes a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant role at The Standard, where successful initiatives included an IT outsourcing project and team building strategies. Early career highlights include leadership positions at Meier & Frank/ZCMI, where Wendy influenced executive retention and developed training programs for new retail managers. Wendy holds a Master of Arts in Arts and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Oregon, along with further education from Smith College.
