Later in 1992-1993, they attended Caltech where they obtained a degree in Engineering Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In terms of certifications, Greg is a Professional Mechanical Engineer certified by the State of California in 2003, and they also hold the VBSS Green Belt certification from the University of Michigan College of Engineering & ITT Industries in 2002.
