Ronald Jose Perez Gonzalez is an experienced Human Resources professional with significant expertise in recruitment, HR policy implementation, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Europe at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases since November 2021, Ronald is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process across EMEA, NA, and APAC regions and implementing international hiring structures.
