Daniel Hernandez

Daniel Hernandez is a highly experienced engineer specializing in thermal systems design and advanced mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Nikola Corporation since August 2022, Daniel previously spent 14 years at Honeywell, where roles included Sr Advanced Mechanical Engineer and various design engineering positions focused on turbine engine components and finite element analysis. Additionally, Daniel served as a Professor of Aerospace Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2017, teaching foundational aeronautics. Daniel holds a BS in Aeronautic Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and completed a summer internship at the National Aerospace University in Kharkiv.
