Gregor Teusch

Gregor Teusch currently serves as the Global Head of People Reward + Operations at Nikola Motor Company, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Teusch was the SVP of Rewards + Employee Experience at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, and held similar senior leadership roles at WeWork, Chubb, and Hess Corporation. Teusch's extensive experience in HR strategy, total rewards, and people analytics is further supported by previous roles at Towers Perrin, Time Warner, and HP. Academically, Teusch holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado.
